A Master of Disguise

pain Your self-sabotage can come in all sorts of disguises. However, behind the disguise it is just your ego reminding you of some perceived or actual pain. Or it will be from your ego reminding you of how you failed previously. Or it will be more subtle and just be a follow on from more ingrained actions.

For example, let’s say due to not having enough money you’ve always had to buy used cars. Each time it became time to buy a replacement, you’d either look at your finances and decide to spend the same amount again as you did last time, or maybe a little better. You would think you were being fully conscious.
