Creating Your Design For Your Ideal Life – Part 30

nag Every book on goal setting tells you that you must read your designs for five, ten, twenty minutes each day and read them aloud and visualize them as you do.

Every single one of them tells you this is what you must do. Back in the real world of course, what happens is you miss a day or you think at the start that you cannot give up that much time. You either start off or end up thinking this is b****cks, I can’t do this. The result is complete non-action which equals a 99% failure rate in the self-help business.

Your goals end up looking like work, smelling like hard effort and tasting like a job. These ridiculous restrictions end up creating the very problem which the goal-setting designers (teachers) are trying to break with their regimented approach, which is complete procrastination. Please Login or REGISTER to read the rest of this content.
