Creating Your Design For Your Ideal Life – Part 33

By Andy Shaw | November 5, 2010

Don’t let your design own you

secure The power of underwriting your intention. I used to be the sort of person who dared not to dream. People would say to me, ‘Oh I’ve taken this car for a test drive.’ I’d think, why have they done that? They cannot afford it and the likelihood of them ever getting it was highly unlikely. Unfortunately I turned out to be right in nearly all of the occasions this sort of thing happened.

However, most, if not all of them, didn’t get their desires and this was because of the process, or rather the lack of one in the attainment of the desire. However, I am happy to say the odd one did and this inspired me to look again at this and now I think it is a good method. However, it is only lacklustre at best without the other parts of the process, so on its own it will provide poor results.

So I went about getting my desires the hard way and I didn’t ‘underwrite’ my intention because I hadn’t learnt the power of detachment. Now I can spend time looking at something I truly desire in a showroom and considering whether or not I truly desire it. I can take things for a test drive, however, I don’t desire this sort of thing very often, as I enjoy using the power of my mind. But going in and experiencing some of the visual stuff which pictures cannot give you, experiencing the feel, the smells, the sounds and the tastes where possible, really do help to underwrite your ‘crystal clear’ intention. Please Login or REGISTER to read the rest of this content.
